CutiePlusU's disposable adult diapers are made with a strong PE back sheet on the outer layer for safety, and an ultra-soft, hydrophilic surface layer of non-woven fabric on the top layer, designed for comfort. On the inside of the diaper, the soft inner standing pads help prevent any leakage accidents, and we also use an imported SAP with a fast-absorbing blue core deflector that keeps the skin comfortable and dry. Four body-hugging PE tape securely fasten the diaper to the front waist. The blue and I Love Summer PE tape and front waist patch allow for multiple readjustments of the straps for a perfect fit! Likewise, our stretch leg gussets ensure that all of the extra-thick padding fits comfortably around your legs. The elastic waistband as well as the elastic leak guard spacers are made from imported spandex yarn.
