Cleaner Water, Healthier for You - The fabric that makes up the Alcos first filter is similar to material used to contain oil spills from ships at sea. That is great for you and for the environment. Easy Installation - Place the First Filter on top of your skimmer basket. Lock First Filter tabs into existing slots MAAX Spas skimmer basket. Product Life - First filter will discolor as it collects contaminants and debris. The filters should be replaced every 3 months or so depending on spa use. But within the three months, you just need to rinse under faucet or place in dishwasher weekly.
