(GLASS SHADE MISSING) Loved the look of this, although - FYI - make sure you pay attention to the specs. I'd been looking at so many specs I must have forgotten to check these, and it is way smaller than expected. Would have still worked, though, except: Oh, the flicker. Do NOT buy this is you are remotely susceptible to flicker. And I *haven't* ever been, historically, although I do get motion sick fairly easily. I installed this light over the laundry, and the flicker is so bad it looks like a strobe light when you're trying to fold patterned clothes, and makes me feel nauseated for 30-40 minutes afterwards, even if I'm in there for just a few minutes. I need to buy a new light for that space, but now I'm scared to buy anything LED if there's no way to judge the flicker prior to purchase.
