It's easy to use - simply wrap the blanket around the PVC conduit and secure it with the hook and loop strap, remove the blanket, and form bend by hand. With a thermostatically controlled system, you can set the Greenlee heating blanket to any necessary temperature over 300 degrees Fahrenheit (149 degrees Celsius). Built-in stiffeners help keep the blanket tight to the PVC surface for controlled and even heating to facilitate uniform bending, and the heavy-duty extra long cord and thermostat provide long-lasting durability for a long tool life.
