PRODUCT DESCRIPTION This Louisville 8 foot non-conductive fiberglass shelf ladder has a load capacity of 300 lb, rated ANSI Type IA. This ladder is designed so that steps are at level when the ladder is set at 18 degrees. This shelf ladder is equipped with a rubber bumper that extends 6-inches down the side rails to protect the landing surface and to provide stability, heavy-duty gusset bracing, angled aluminum slip-resistant rubber feet, double-rivet step construction, and angled serrated aluminum steps. This ladder is ideal for getting to shelves with narrow aisles where standard ladders will not fit. The Louisville FH1008 shelf ladder meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ANSI, CSA, and OSHA. FROM THE MANUFACTURER A Louisville Ladder 8-foot extra heavy duty fiberglass shelf ladder. Duty rating of 300 pounds. For all demanding industrial applications. Steps are level when the ladder is set at 18 degrees. Rubber bumper, ladder has parallel sides with thick rubber bumpers extending 6 inch down the side rails for protection of landing surface and stability. Two pair of heavy duty steel gussets support bottom step. Aluminum angle feet with thick rubber tread on both legs to provide sure footing and stability. Feet can be replaced when necessary. Double rivet step construction. Each step secured with six, large headed, semi-tubular steel rivets for maximum strength. This ladder is ideal for getting to shelves with narrow aisles when standard ladders will not fit.
