Includes a powerful combination of genuine Home Master brand multi-gradient sediment (model CFdgd2501-20BB), and Up-flow KDF85/catalytic carbon filters (model CFKDF85GCC-20BB), as well as 2 orings with packets of silicone grease. Whole House Multi Gradient Density Sediment Water Filter, features 4-layers of filtration 25-micron outer layer; 10-micron layer; 5-micron layer; 1-micron nominal inner core provide triple the dirt-holding capacity of similar sized filters and removes upt o 99% of dirt, rust, sand, silt, suspended solids down to 1-micron nominal. Designed for high flow rate with low pressure drop; and chemical and bacteria resistance. Home Master CfKDF85GCC-20BB Granular Catalytic Carbon and KDF85 prioritizes maximum contact time with the filtration media - passing the water through the entire 20" length of the filter. It features Catalytic carbon to produce purer water, removing chloramines, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, iron (up to1ppm), sulfide, pesticides, herbicides, THMs and chemicals from your water. The KDF85 media targets soluble heavy metals like Iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, lead, mercury, and copper. These filters have a typical lifecycle of 95,000 gallons (or 1 year). Filter size: 20” tall x 4.5” diameter and fit Home Master and Big Blue style housings.
