The durable, high-performance, long-lasting, multilayer non-stick coating allows food to easily slide out of the pan. Also, pans are manufactured without PFOA, lead, cadmium, toxic metals, or nanoparticles. So long elbow grease, wrinkled fingers, and rigorous scrubbing due to tough, stuck-on food, the pan and matching lid are dishwasher safe. We do suggest hand washing the beechwood turner which keeps it in tip-top shape.
