Compatible with parchment paper or silicone baking mats if desired. Easy clean up; hand wash recommended. Scouring pads and metal utensils may scratch pan but will not affect baking performance. Aluminum is reactive to the acids in certain foods such as vinegar and tomato products which may darken, pit or corrode the pan. Set includes two half sheet pans and an eighth sheet. Each Half Sheet exterior dimensions 17.9 x 12.9 x 1 inches and interior dimensions 17.1 x 12.1 inches. Lid measures 18.3 x 13.1 x 1.5 inches.
