This taunting terror with a candy bowl operates on the included UL plug-in adapter or 4 AA alkaline batteries (batteries not included). The volume is adjustable to set his sound effects to your preferred noise level. For longer prop life, we recommend indoor use or covered outdoor use that is protected from inclement weather.
