The adapter joins two shorter length cables into a longer cable without having to install a new cable. The BNC adapter is a high performance product rated for operation up to 3 GHz. The nickel plated, brass body has a gold plated round contact pin for low signal loss. Designed for 75? coaxial cables. Both ends of the BNC adapter are female ports. Male BNC plugs mate with each end of the adapter.
