This is the correct replacement blower assembly for the Quadra-Fire Outfitter II, Glow Boy Bayview, Bayview Insert, Flat Top, Step Top, and Home Heater, PelPro PP130, PP150, PP300, PP70, PPC90, TSC90, and Pleasant Hearth PHC90 pellet stove models manufactured post August 2013. Manufacturer date can be found on the UL label generally located on the rear of the unit. This is a 120V sealed bearing blower motor with the docking mount gasket making it the easiest plug n play installation. HHT convection blower part number KS-5020-1052. Comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
