Marine Seal Wood Dock Cleaner is an excellent wooden dock cleaner for wooden docks, marinas, piers, or any wood surface located close to water. Unlike chlorine bleach based cleaners, Marine Seal Wood Dock Cleaner will not harm wood fibers, grass, or plants. Marine Seal Wood Cleaner is a powdered concentrate that is mixed with water. One 2 lb. container of powdered concentrate makes 5 gallons of cleaning solution and will treat 500-1,000 sq. ft of surface area. Marine Seal Wood Dock Cleaner removes dirt, grime, previous weathered coatings (not paint) and weathered graying from horizontal and vertical wood surfaces. This product is recommended for surface preparation prior to application or reapplication of clear finishes and stains (for best results use Marine Seal Wood Dock Stain). Note: Marine Seal Wood Cleaner will darken redwood and some types of cedar. Apply cleaner in a test area to ensure proper results prior to proceeding on the entire project.
