Four Oxen BBQ Thermometer The Four Oxen BBQ Thermometer features a 3-inch dial and 4-inch stem. The thermometer is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel and a fog-resistant glass lens. A sleek, white thermometer design complements any BBQ pit, smoker, or cooker. The easy-to-read dial provides accurate temperature readings between 100 - 500 degrees F, and is divided into 3 cooking groups: ‘Smoke’ ‘Barbecue’ ‘Grill’. The 4-inch stem allows the thermometer to extends deeper into the cooking area and gather a more accurate temperature that the food is cooking at. The 1/2" NPT installs into a welding coupling or 7/8" hole (mounting ring included). Made in America.
