It is a spin-off of the swiss bar, and it also doubles as a cable attachment. This attachment is essential for lifters with bad shoulders. STRONG DESIGN Our Arch Nemesis Swiss Bar is a great piece of equipment because the design helps with shoulder pains. Measuring 78.1 inches in length, and 29mm in diameter for the handles, our bar has a curved design which helps build your bench. It also acts as a cable attachment, so the customer has many uses for it. With three angled grips, the wielded bar has an added hook on the top to easily attach it to any cable machine. ALLEVIATE SHOULDER PAIN At Bells of Steel, we want to ensure that our customers can use our fitness equipment with protection, that is why the Arch Nemesis Swiss Bar has three different neutral handle grips that help to alleviate shoulder pain when pressing. It also allows lifters with previous shoulder problems to train again with little shoulder discomfort. BUILT STURDY Bells of Steel products are made with great quality materials. The Arch Nemesis Swiss Bar has sleeves coated in a black powder finish and is made of steel tubing instead of regular barbell sleeves, meaning that the sleeves are a little smaller than those on a regular barbell (regular two-inch collars will not fit tightly without modifications). The barbell has a coat of oil to minimize oxidation when it is being shipped.
