HOW IT WORKS Grease traps work on the basic principle that FOG’s (Fats, oils & grease) float on water and solid particles sink. As the wastewater inflow enters into the grease trap, the fats, oils, and greases rise to the surface and are trapped between the baffle plates. The baffles on the outlet prevent FOG from flowing directly through the unit. These FOG are retained within the unit along with food particles, and the filtered water flows under the baffle plates through the unit to drain. The retained waste is collected within the unit and can be easily removed at regular intervals using the removable mesh bracket. APPLICATIONS --- The product is suitable for the treatment of oily water of mineral oil, ith high-efficient oil-water separation effect.
