Color:Natural | Size:36" x 7" x 2" Don't fall for "reclaimed look" shelves that are artificially distressed and poorly stained pine from the hardware store! Urban Legacy partners with local Amish artisans to create authentic reclaimed hardwood shelves made from locally sourced barn wood rafters. We take a great deal of pride in the authenticity of our shelves and their unique history. This set of two (2) floating shelves are made from genuine reclaimed barn wood and will be the perfect accent on your wall. Their character is all natural from decades as rafters in chicken barns throughout Lancaster County, PA. As these are 100% genuine reclaimed barn wood shelves, you may notice minimal variations in the shade. We do not stain the ends of the "natural" shelves. All saw, nail and other distressed markings are naturally occurring and may vary piece to piece. There are two (2) 1/8" notches out of the bottom of the back where the brackets attach. This allows the shelves to sit flush against the wall. The notches are not visible when the shelves are hung. All mounting hardware is included. Mounting into studs is recommended, but not required. Bracket locations are routed out so that the outsides of the brackets will line up with 16" studs if preferred.
