Turn wrap over and heat for another 30 seconds. If the pad is not warm enough, heat for another 10 seconds. At 1000 watts: Heat for 25s. Turn wrap over and heat for another 25 seconds. If not warm enough, heat for another 10 seconds. Knead contents to evenly distribute the heat. Detailed instruction printed on the box.
